She’s amazing!  And she lives less than fifty miles away.  She’s the one and only Mrs. Criddle and her recipes aren’t only easy, they’re delicious.  

So today, I made this.  It’s called Ambrosia Salad.  You can find the recipe HERE.  

It’s surely not as pretty as hers, BUT it is tasty.  I wish I’d have thought about setting some of the berries aside to decorate the top and I am out of almonds, so the walnuts will have to do this time.

After sending my Love a text with a photo from my phone, I sent a second text telling him this was his FIRST dessert for today!

 

It doesn’t take much to make a man happy and healthy…just make sweets that he’ll love, are good for him and sweeten up your love life at the same time~
